1、 High integration hardware architecture: simplifies terminals, frees up design space, makes chip size more compact, and improves power efficiency.

Based on the characteristics of "high integration and multi-mode combination" of MTK chips, PCBA implements three core integrated designs:

·Deep integration of communication modules: For MTK 5G/4G chips (such as MT8771), multi-layer heterogeneous integration of communication core components such as RF front-end, baseband, and power amplifier with the main control chip is achieved, reducing the board level area by 30%; Through signal integrity simulation optimization, the peak rate loss of 5G is controlled within 5%, and the stability of 4G network is improved by 20%.

·Multimedia module integration: Centered around the MTK chip's 8K decoding and high refresh rate display capabilities, PCBA integrates customized display driver circuits and high-power audio amplification modules, supporting multiple protocol interfaces; Through power timing optimization, the startup time of the screen display/audio module and chip is shortened to less than 100ms, suitable for scenarios such as tablets and car central control.

·AI computing power expansion integration: For MTK chip APUs (such as MT8792's APU MDLA 5.0), PCBA supports external computing power acceleration modules and achieves computing power expansion through board to board high-speed connectors. In intelligent cameras and industrial inspection equipment, AI inference speed is increased by 40% while maintaining PCBA's lightweight and thin nature.

2、 Customized scenario adaptation: precise hardware matching across all domains

Combining MTK chip scene coverage capability, provide differentiated PCBA customization:

·Consumer electronics (smart devices): Based on MTK ultra-low power chips (such as MT8766), achieve "coin sized PCBA integrated full module"; Optimize the stacked design, integrate the antenna and PCBA in a conformal manner, and increase the Bluetooth transmission distance to 20 meters, meeting the requirements of "ultimate compactness+stable connection".

·Industrial Internet of Things (Gateway, Sensor Node): Based on MTK 4G/5G chips, PCBA with wide temperature and voltage adaptation, working temperature -40 ℃~85 ℃, power input supporting 9V~36V; Integrate storage expansion and industrial bus interface to achieve "local preprocessing of device data+cloud synchronization", reducing the complexity of industrial field wiring.

3、 Power consumption and stability optimization: Energy efficiency advantages of amplifying chips

By using three major technological methods, MTK chips can achieve "more durable and reliable" performance:

·Refined power management: Adopting a hybrid architecture of "digital+analog power", a multi-phase power supply circuit is customized for each core power consumption curve of MTK. The standby power consumption of the whole machine is reduced by 25%, and the fluctuation of full load power consumption is within ± 3%, extending the terminal battery life.

·Collaborative design of heat dissipation and EMI: The high heat MTK chip is thermally coupled with the heat dissipation copper foil/embedded heat dissipation block, and the terminal shell is used to cool the chip by 8 ℃; By optimizing routing and grounding through EMI simulation, the packet loss rate of MTK high-speed communication (5G, WiFi 6E) is less than 0.1%.

·Mass production reliability guarantee: Establish a joint testing system for "PCBA+MTK chips", validate over 20 tests during the prototype stage, use AOI+X-Ray dual testing for mass production, achieve a PCBA yield rate of ≥ 99.5%, and pass MTK official technical certification. Compatibility and stability are synchronized with the original factory standards.
