We test all product functions in accordance with predefined test cases and issue detailed test reports. Upon customer request, we offer electrical testing and aging testing services to enhance product reliability. For each production process, Ace Golden has developed comprehensive operating procedures and tailored inspection standards specific to products across various industries, ensuring superior pass rates at every production stage. For potential defects or nonconformities, we utilize tools such as experimental analysis, simulations, data analytics, and quality control (QC) methodologies to implement proactive error-proofing designs and quality controls, along with actionable preventive action plans. Packaging Capability

Once PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly) production is complete, we ship the boards to customers via various logistics channels. Prior to shipment, we meticulously package each PCBA using bubble wrap, EPE foam (expandable polyethylene foam), anti-static bags, and vacuum-sealed bags. Prior to packaging, we clean and dry the PCBA surface and apply a conformal coating (three-proof paint). The packaged PCBs are placed in anti-static packaging boxes. For vertical storage or shipping, stacks are limited to two layers with separators inserted between them to ensure stability and prevent movement.
