Once PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly) production is complete, we ship the boards to customers via various logistics channels. Prior to shipment, we meticulously package each PCBA using bubble wrap, EPE foam (expandable polyethylene foam), anti-static bags, and vacuum-sealed bags. Prior to packaging, we clean and dry the PCBA surface and apply a conformal coating (three-proof paint). The packaged PCBs are placed in anti-static packaging boxes. For vertical storage or shipping, stacks are limited to two layers with separators inserted between them to ensure stability and prevent movement.
